A revolt on Aure causes an economic problem and Eclair and Lumiere are sent to stop it.  When Eclaire is given orders to quell the riots with violence, she turns on the Nouvlesse.  Her disoberdience to direct orders puts her and Lumiere on the run and Armblast tags along.
