Adam and Peter get to the vault where the virus is stored and Peter uses his telekinetic powers to rip the door open.  Nathan and Matt show up to help convince Peter of the truth of what Adam is attempting.  Hiro warps Adam away while Nathan, Peter and Matt are left to deal with the virus.  Bob, having heard the problems Elle had with Claire, allows Mr Bennet to return to convince Claire not to go public.  Sylar is at Mohinder's apartment with Maya and forces him to help him get his powers back.  They take Molly and go to Mohinder's lab.  Elle has seen Sylar on the video tap and, trying to make her daddy proud, attempt to stop Sylar.  Sylar escapes and takes the cure with him.  In New Orleans, Niki and Micah go to save Monica.  She's trapped in a house that is about to be torched when they arrive.  Niki runs inside and gets Monica out safely but she gets trapped inside when the building explodes.  Nathan, after seeing what his parents and the rest of the company founders started, decides to go public and calls a press conference.  Just before telling the world of his powers, he's shot by an unknown gunman.  When Angela Petrelli gets a call about her son, she tells the caller that they've opened Pandora's Box.  Epilogue: Sylar injects himself with the cure and tests the return of his powers by telekinetically drawing a can to himself.
