Having tracked down ties to a French school in Vietnam, Saya enrolls in the school to find out more about it and Haji goes to work there as a gardener.  Saya learns from her new roommate about the phantom and how he leaves a blue rose for the girl that is to be his next "victim".  When she sees something in the bell tower, she goes to investigate and discovers the phantom in person.  Meanwhile, Kai and Riku find themselves separated from the rest in Vietnam but with a credit card to get them whatever they need.
