Saya borrows a dress to go to the annual school ball and David and Julia show up.  Saya meets a blonde haired boy named Solomon who asks her to dance.  David heads to find out more about the mysterious crate when Saya sees the Phantom.  The trails leads into the catacombs where a battle begins.  The reporter Akihiro who has been following the strange serial killing in Japan is there and gets a few snapshots of the battle before being knocked out.  Saya manages to beat the Phantom who transforms into a monster but not decisively.  The crate which supposedly holds Diva is taken away by helicopter.
