The trolley company comes to Kantarou for help as more and more people report seeing a streetcar running through town when none should be.  He investigates and discovers a correlation between these sightings and a trolley crash that killed a driver about six months ago.  Suzu, meanwhile, has found a little girl who is waiting for her father to pick her up.  She learns that the girl may be tied to the case Kantarou is working on and arranges for her to meet her dad.
