Apollo is given command of the Pegasus and is assigned the mission of finding a scout ship that is overdue.  Flashbacks show us insight into Kendra Shaw's past with Admiral Cain.  The Pegasus learns that the crews have been taken on board one of the first of the new Basestars by the first Hybrid who is protected by the old style Centurions and Raiders.
