Maria finds Reina at home with Rihoko and doesn't like what she sees.  Reina and Rihoko escape in her car and Maria chases them down.  Meanwhile, Masane senses Rihoko's danger and takes off after her.  Maria incapacitates Reina but Masane is able to get Rihoko to safety as Tozawa shows up just in time.  Maria takes off after getting hit by the Witchblade and Masane witnesses Reina's disintegration.
