Masane takes Rihoko out to the park for a picnic in order to tell her about her imminent demise.  Meanwhile, Nishida and Wado send the IU weapons out to capture the Witchblade.  Maria is also preparing to capture it and sends Aoi to get the best of the neo genes to go along with her.  In the Dohji lab Takayama works with the lab techs to stop the I weapons from being drawn to the power of the Witchblade while Wado ships several thousand of them with the fault.
