Eric gives a Russian woman named Katya donuts one morning by the fountain and learns that she is a mail order bride.  Jaye gets a message from a bear that "girl needs a boy".  She and Eric help her out and learn that her spouse-to-be is actually a 13-year-old boy (or 12 according to his father).  When Katya finds out she gets mad and Jaye offers to let her stay with her until she can return to Russia.  Meanwhile the boy, Peter, falls for Jaye and her fiery spirit and is determined to get her away from her "boyfriend" Eric.  Jaye and Eric argue about the relationship or lack of one while Peter plots how to win the girl.
