Jaye, Mahandra and Sharon visit an Indian reservation where she talks with the spirit of a recently deceased seer there.  This, and Sharon's attempt to buy cigarettes, cause all sorts of problems - especially since the new tribal counselor is an old law school rival of Sharon's.  With Mahandra's application to be added to the tribal roles in danger, Sharon offers to represent her, to no avail.  Meanwhile Jaye tries to help the seer's grandson become the new seer with her abilities.
