Charden and Kyoko leave the Apostles of the Star due to differences in ideology and are subsequently targeted by the group.  Train and Eve meet up with Kyoko who has begun going back to her school again.  Dr Kanzaki wants to test out his nanotech experiment on Kyoko but winds up hitting Train instead.
