Many years have passed since Misaki plugged the inflation hole and Lyar is now captain of a vessel heading toward Watcher's Nest.  She remembers visiting the families of Luxandra and Kiri and of how no one remembers Misaki at all.  Now, approaching Watcher's Nest, she gets a message from her telling her that she is all right.
