Tim Bisley and Daisy Steiner, both getting dumped and booted from their apartments, meet each other in a cafe.  They share the same table each day as they work out their problems.  one day Daisy finds a flat but the boarders must be a profession couple.  Tim and Daisy agree to pretend to be a couple in order to get it.
