Marsha puts the house up for sale and everyone begins to frantically search for the missing Marsha to talk her out of it.  They track down Marsha's daughter's address and Tim tries to talk her out of selling but fails.  Meanwhile Colin has been spending time at the neighbors and this is the last straw for Daisy.  Faced with eviction and her unfaithful pet, Daisy decides to take a job offer in her home town.  Sophie tells Tim that she's going to Seattle to work for Marvel.  Thing are looking bleak until Mike has an idea.
