Shiki finally makes it home after the battle with Nero and then must confront his sister, who thinks he's been out all night with a girl.  Of course this is true but not the way she thinks.  His sister agrees to have a welcome home celebration for him that evening and he agrees.  At school he tries to explain where he was without telling his friends anything important.  Satsuki looks disappointed while Ciel looks as though she may know more than she's letting on.  Later, after the party, Shiki learns that his sister truly cares for him and he tries to be more friendly to her.  They both remember playing as kids with the twin maids who were raised in the Tohno house with them.  Shiki remembers a boy also but no one else seems to remember him.  The next morning at school a stranger arrives on campus and everyone stares out the windows at her.  His friends are amazed when the beautiful woman calls out Shiki's name.
