Mohinder deals with his changes and his increased aggressiveness.  Peter takes Peter to the future to show him how the discovery of a formula has given many people abilities.  Peter from the future is killed by Claire and Peter runs off to find Sylar.  He finds the future Sylar, now known as Gabriel, to be a much more peaceful man.  He convinces him to allow Peter to learn his ability even though it comes with a cost.  When Sylar's kid is killed by the future Claire and her cohorts, he goes ballistic and destroys the city.  Meanwhile, in the present, Parkman dreams of the same future that Peter is seeing.  Tracey learns from Dr Zimmerman that she is one of triplets and that they were all given powers through a formula developed for the Company.  Tracy, distraught by her powers and knowing that she killed a reporter, wants to commit suicide.  Nathan arrives at the bridge she's about to jump off of and flies her to safety.  They begin to get closer to each other now that they have something in common.  At the company, Ando and Hiro and help captive and bicker back and forth about their friendship.  Mrs Petrelli releases them and gets Hiro to swear that he will get the formula back.  Hiro, in order to do this, goes to dig up his old friend Adam.
