Ginko arrives on an island with a boy named Nagi.  The island is only accessible one time a year.  Nagi wants Ginko to examine a girl who is called the living god.  Ginko finds that there is something more going on here than meets the eye.  She has been infected with a mushi that can be found in the caves that are revealed once a month with the tide..
