Everyone's powers come back as the eclipse ends.  Hiro uses the 9th Wonder comics to find out what's happened to him and how he needs to do to get his memory back.  Matt and Daphne get back together.  Nathan leaves Peter in Haiti to go join his father in his quest to give everyone powers.  Claire dies and comes back to life.  Mr Bennett kills Sylar but Sylar and Elle then come after him in their home.  Hiro shows up and teleports Sylar and Elle to a beach somewhere where Sylar reverts to his old ways.  Hiro and Claire arrive on the rooftop where Hiro's father gave her to Mr Bennet years ago.
