The Doctor arrives in London at Christmas in 1851.  He meets a man called the Doctor and thinks that he may be seeing himself in a future incarnation.  This man is fighting Cybermen and has a companion named Rosita.  The Doctor must get to the bottom of things before the human race is wiped out.
