Tessa and Kaname are begin held on a freight ship named the George Clinton.  When they meet up with Andrey they are able to escape but they are soon faced with forces as they learn what A21 is about to do.  Takuma plans on using a huge AS to wreak havoc on Tokyo.  Meanwhile, Kurz, Sousuke and Melissa are heading to the docks to attempt a rescue.  They arrive too late as the Behemoth arises from the ship.
