Echo undergoes surgery to have camera's put in her eyes which also makes her blind.  This is in preparation for her to work along with the ATF in infiltrating a religious sect in order to inside information about them.  As things go down, it appears that the man in charge of the ATF there has an ax to grind with the cult's leader.
