Starbuck asks Baltar to look at the dog tags that she found on Earth and he learns that she has somehow been reborn.  He announces this at a funeral for some of the Cylons who lost their lives during an explosive decompression.  The Cylons have hooked Anders up in a hybrid tank he apparently has taken to it pretty well, talking gibberish.  Adama finally admits that the Galactica is doomed and prepares to abandon the ship due to the continued deterioration of it's infrastructure.
