Everyone, more or less, is living normal lives two months after the fight with Arthur Petrelli.  Hiro sets up a base where he can be Ando's sidekick in his fight against crime, however Ando doesn't want to be a superhero.  Claire overhears a conversation between Nathan and his mother that indicates that they are going to take Matt down.  She runs off, tries to warn Peter and shows up at Matt's apartment.  Matt has just finished drawings just like Isaac used to do which show he and Claire getting captured.  Claire is shows to Nathan at a hanger where a lot of the people with abilities are masked and drugged and ready for transports.  Nathan puts Claire in a car to get her out of there but she escapes and climbs aboard the plane before it takes off.  She's able to free some of the people and Peter touches Tracy and gets her freezing powers.  He accidentally freezes the wall of the plane which breaks can causes the plane to go down.
