The Hellsing Organization learns that there are vampires being created by placing computer chips into humans.  The man that they were studying comes back to life after they remove his chip and begins to kill.  Seras goes one the hunt for him and Alucard goes as backup.  A Catholic priest named Alexander Anderson shows up and kills the members of Seras' group before Alucard shows up to help out.
