While Integra recovers from her wounds, the rest of the round table convenes without her.  Meanwhile, the Queen is to come to the Hellsing headquarters in order to perform a ceremony with Integra.  The Hellsing soldiers go to the Tower of London in a decoy move trying to draw the freak attacker there.  Seras gets moved from her combat unit into intelligence gathering.  The units at the Tower come under attack but the news reports seem to indicate that they are the ones who are terrorists trying to get to the Queen, how has been reported as being in the Tower.
