Mithril arrives in a city to rescue refugees of a vicious warlord.  After rescuing some of the people, one of their helicopters is shot down by a sophisticated missile.  Sousuke takes out the missile battery while Kurz and Mao run support for the choppers.  Once out, Tessa agrees that there must be a well funded entity supplying these people.
