John Cage, Richard Fish's partner in the law firm, is being charged with lewd acts for hiring a prostitute.  Ally is given the job of defending him.  Ally is invited to dinner with Fish, Whipper  and Ronald Chaenie.  When she learns that Whipper is Richard's girlfriend she gets mad at the idea that this was all a setup for a double date.
