Cordelia's visions are turning violent and causing her to be physically effected by them.  While following up on her visions, the group must also figure out what is going on with her.  They get Lorne to help trace the "calls" when she gets these visions.  They find out that they are being sent by someone else and not the "Powers That Be."  Angel agrees to work for Wolfram & Hart (the cause of the new visions) just this once in exchange for leaving Cordlia alone in the future.
