Lydecker has been trying to get information out of Zack about the other escapees from Manticore.  Zack "dies" in the process and is buried.  When he wakes up he discovers that the doctor gave him drugs to make him appear dead and to help him escape.  When Max hooks up with Zack, he tells her about some of their "brothers" and "sisters".  When they discover that Zack is wired and that his escape was another plot to get information, Logan runs an Eyes Only feed to warn the other X-5's that they've been compromised.
