When Col Tigh is confronted by the fact that his wife betrayed the reistence, he is given an ultimatum - take care of it or someone else will.  Apollo, in the meantime, is having thoughts about his father leaving on what is basically a suicide mission.  When Galactica arrives, the Resistance attacks the Cylons and begin their evacuation.  When the Cylons see that they've lost control, Number Three tells the remaining Cylons and Baltar to leave while she arms a nuke to destroy the city.  She discovers something that makes her change her mind, though.
