A secret jury has been established by Presidential order to allows six people to try, convict and execute people for crimes against humanity.  Tyrol and Sam are members with a conscience while others, including Tigh, appear to be out for vengeance.  Meanwhile on a Basestar, Baltar's fate hangs in the balance as the Cylons determine if his usefulness is worth keeping him alive.  Back on Galactica, Gaeta has been found guilty after Sam leaves the jury and Starbuck takes his place.  They have him in the airlock ready to pass judgment, even though he has explained before what his actions where while serving President Baltar.
