As President Roslin prepares to honor Adama for his 45 years service, a pair of Cylon ships appears chasing a third.  After destroying the first two, they discover a man named Bulldog (Daniel Novacek) has escaped from a Basestar in the third one.  Bulldog is happy to be among humans until the drunk Tigh tells him what really happened in order to get him captured in the first place.  This revelation leads to Adama tendering his resignation.
