When Belldandy and Megumi go shopping, Keiichi opens a package that he got in the mail.  It looks like a risque video tape.  When he puts it in the recorder, a woman pops out of the TV.  She is Urd and she wants to help Keiichi get further along in his relationship with Belldandy.  Keiichi and Belldandy go to the beach where Urd helps him (with little success) to move their relationship along.  After almost drowning, Belldandy starts to question whether she should just leave.  Urd, however, resorts to drastic measures when she tells Keiichi to drink a potion which, of course, makes him fall in love with the next person he sees - which happens to be someone other than Belldandy.  Eventually Belldandy realizes what's happened and calls out to Urd - her sister - and they begin to fight.  Finally Keiichi overcomes the effects of the potion when lightning strikes before them.  It's a message from Belldandy and Urd's father that Urd has been banished for neglecting her duties with the Ultimate Force System.  I seems that she'll have to move in with Keiichi and Belldandy now.
