Keiichi has been chosen by his Auto Club to participate in the school Drag Race and must assemble the motorcycle that he's to ride.  Meanwhile, Skuld, Belldandy's little sister is lonely and pays her a visit.  When she discovers the contract between her and Keiichi, she decides to ruin it so that Belldandy will come back home with her.  Without thinking she help to improve the design of the motorcycle.  When she finds out that Belldandy is involved in a wager between Auto Clubs (unknown to Keiichi) she tries to sabotage Keiichi cycle so that he will lose.  Keiichi ends up winning regardless.
