Takako has tickets to an event that Seiji really wants to go to so they go on a date - although Seiji is completely oblivious to it being a date.  Takako does everything in her power to woo Seiji without actually telling him her feelings.  Seiji is so clueless that even Midori starts to feel sad for Takako.
