Seiji wakes up to find that he's now become Midori's right hand.  The two go about their days realizing what it's like for the other.  in the end they wake up back to "normal" with Midori as Seiji's right hand.  It appears to have all been a dream that they both shared but now they have a better understanding of what each other is going through.
