Yuki shows up at the airport and takes over as Genom's head of recovery.  She apologizes to Hans but tells him, no matter what, she loves him.  Later they discover that Fletcher was not found among the passengers.  Kenji and Hans take off with Mary in a police chopper in pursuit of Fletcher and force him down near the nuclear reactor.  Fletcher is about to cause the reactor to go critical and destroy Genom City.  Hans has finally realized that he's a Boomer and that the radiation won't affect him so he goes in and stops Fletcher.
