Mayama remenisces about the reason he has Moon River as his ring tone when he sees Ayumi heading toward him.  He ducks behind the bushes to avoid her but she's already seen him as is offended.  Rika calls Mayama, after Morita plays a joke on him, to let him know she'll be bring back a chair she borrowed.  Shuuji and Rika remember their times together back when they were students.  Mayama, who has been waiting for Rika, is saddened when he sees her in Shuuji car.  Hagu's problems are compounded when some of the girls to about her as if she's "special" in a jealous way.  Their comments disturb Hagu who seems to zone out.  Not even Morita can get to her.  Takemoto gets her to the infirmary where the nurse tells him that Hagu is probably dealing with too much stress from her work and the others students mean spiritedness.  Takemoto tells Hagu that he hates Christmas because his mother was a nurse and he always had to spend it in the children's ward.  Morita invites everyone to a Christmas party.
