Freesia shows up at Jiyu's house wanting to stay the night.  Then Kita shows up also and Jiyu takes him outside.  She tells him she's not Jubei anymore but he won't listen.  She stops his sword with her hand which only makes him more determined, so he heads off to practice his techniques.  The next day Kita shows up again and the young boy puts the eyepatch on Jiyu making her transofrm.  The blonde Jubei with the spade eyepatch shows up and Kita is forgotten as the two Jubeis fight.  When they face each other across the railroad tracks, Jiyu tells the other Jubei that she doesn't want the eyepatch and throws it to her.  Before she can catch it, a blur appears and the eyepatch is gone.
