A new AI sniper device is tested by Section 9 is found to have flaws and sent back to the labs.  The Tachikomas learn about this and begin to worry that they could be the sent back too if they don't live up to standards.  Their behavior is noticed by Motoko and she begins preparing to move forward without them.
