A man named Gino has a job flying dignitaries in a helicopter as well as a part time job in order to make ends meet.  He's also a veteran of the last war.  He continues to have fantasies in which he is making the "truth" known by killing people.  Meanwhile Motoko investigates him in case his fantasies will turn into reality.
