Saitou and the Tachikomas are guarding the Prime Minister and playing poker during a lull with some police.  Saitou tells his tail about how he met the Major and her crew back in Mexico.  He was trying to snipe them but was outwitted and outgunned by Motoko who recruited him after their ordeal.
