Ishikawa returns from the Peninsula and imparts upon the Section 9 members what he's learned about Kuze.  The Prime Minister has been meeting with all relevant representatives about the likely upcoming refugee uprising.  She is getting nowhere fast with all of the infighting.  Motoko and Aramaki are there and, during a break, inform her of the hub cyberbrain phenomena that they've discovered.  She asks them to look into another matter for her.  Motoko gets back to HQ in time to hear most of the intel on Kuze.
