The city of Fukuoka has been evacuated after the discovery of a nuclear bomb is found.  Aramaki has and idea that the Information Bureau is involved and sends in Section 9 with the Prime Minister's okay to check out the situation.  Batou and Aramaki have a private conversation questioning Motoko's abilities after her dive into Kuze's cyberbrain hub.  She sends Batou to meet with Gouda while she and the rest of Section 9 help dismantle the bomb.
