Guld and Isamu fight on Earth while the concert goes on.  Kate is captured by Sharon and held while she takes over the computers on the Macross and the Ghost Fighter.  Guld finally remembers what happen years ago between him, Kate and Isamu and sacrifices himself to stop the Ghost Fighter while Isamu goes to save Kate from Sharon.
