Kaolla's "big brother" comes to town looking for a wife so that he can take the throne in his country.  He looks a lot like Keitaro and fools everyone for awhile into thinking that Keitaro has become cool.  Kaolla doesn't want to get married and so she runs off with the real Keitaro.
