People performing hate crimes and being offed and Sara and company investigate.  All of the "victims" have similar tattoos and they discover that there is a leader out there urging this behavior.  Sara tries to infiltrate their meeting but runs into trouble.  She is help by a young girl - the one who's been taking the law into her own hands with these criminals.  Sara takes her home and learns that there is more to her that it seems.
