Moses shows up at the apartment after everyone has been looking for Karman and attacks Kai.  Kai takes off and tries to stay in the light as much as possible.  Kai later learns that the attack is in order to save Karman's life.  James had promised to get Diva's blood for him if Moses killed Kai.
