Renton is let out of the brig and given an important assignment.  He's to deliver a bomb that looks like ramen noodles to someone in town.  Worse yet he has to dress funny in order to do it.  What he doesn't realize is that this is all a joke at his expense - a sort of hazing.  Meanwhile the United Federation Forces have brought in someone to look into the destruction of the KLF's by the Gekkostate.  It appears that Holland knows the man.
