The Gekko takes Triptory to Ciudades del Cielo.  The city is in ruins.  Renton doesn't understand why no one else is lifting and so decides to take his new board out.  Holland, in a bad mood, finds him and punches him a couple of times.  Renton takes off into the city and sees a camp and Triptory.  Eureka finds Renton but he can't believe it when the people start throwing things at her.  After they get away, she tells him that she used to be a part of the Special Operations Force led by Holland that destroyed the city.  That action caused her to decide to leave the army and fight against the government with the rest of her group now called the Gekkostate.  When the military show up to bomb the city, Eureka and Renton head up in the Nirvash and destroy it.
